Wayland A. "Bob" Hodge - 80

Of Lake Park, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012 at his residence. He was born on March 16, 1932 in Gresston, Georgia to the late Ollie Thomas and Alice Floyd Hodge. Mr. Hodge served in the United States Air Force for 23 years. Following his service to his country he went to work with the Fire Department at the Valdosta Regional Airport where he later became the Airport Manager. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Valerie Hodge and a brother, Skeet Hodge.

He is survived by his:

A number of nieces & nephews

As per his wishes he will be cremated and a private graveside service will be held at Pitts Cemetery in Pitts, Georgia at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Grace Hospice, 101 Northside Drive, Valdosta, Georgia. Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the family
