He was born on February 2, 1963 in Lakeland, GA to Iva Jean Stone Paschal and Earl Paschal. He was a member of the Little Block Holiness Church and is preceded in death by a Brother, Bobby Paschal.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00P.M. Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in the chapel of Music Funeral Services in Lakeland, GA. Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February, 15, 2012 at the funeral home from 12:00P.M. – 2:00P.M. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Paschal family.
