Wilbur Lewis Coody – 82
Of Valdosta, passed away Tueaday evening December 6, 2011 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born May 18, 1929 to the late William Franklin and Ella Mae Adams Coody in Valdosta, GA. Along with being a farmer he also worked as a mechanic and drove a school bus. He was a member of the VFW in Valdosta, Georgia attended the Mt. Zion Church. He is preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

As per his wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
