Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at his residence. He was born on September 27, 1959 to the late Willard A. King, Sr. and Marion McCord King of Valdosta. He worked with Rivulis as a pipe former and served in the United States Marines. He loved working in the yard and had a green thumb. Bubba was a fan of NASCAR, enjoyed spending time in the outdoors especially bow hunting and he loved animals.
Along with his mother he is survived by: Daughter & Son-in-Law, Amber & Justin Lodge of Quitman, GA; 4 Grandchildren: Thomas Lodge, Hannahbrooke Lodge, Lauralyn Lodge, and Jacob Lodge; Girlfriend, Mary Lynn Wardle of Valdosta, GA and her children: James & Jennifer Hewett, Justin Hewett, Joshua Hewett, and Michael Wardle; Sisters & Brothers-in-Law, Jean & Griffin Folsom of Greensboro, GA, Louise & Hubert Aldridge of Lake Park, GA; Brother, Joe King of Valdosta, GA; Niece, Amanda SpiveyBuddy and Nephew, Scott AldridgeLibby.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 at the funeral home on Saturday.
