Willard Mack Floyd – 75

Of Valdosta passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011 in South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on September 8, 1936 in Lamont, FL to the late M.C. & Ann Floyd. Mr. Floyd served our country in the United States Navy. He retired from PCA after 34 years of service. He was a member of the St. John the Baptist Masonic Lodge #184 and the Moody Lodge #719. Mr. Floyd enjoyed spending time with his family, gunsmithing and reading. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Ed Floyd and Tommy Floyd.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 18, 2011 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the funeral home.
