William "Jack" Bryan

William "Jack" Bryan, Sr. 74 of Valdosta passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013 in Smith Northview Hospital. He was born March 17, 1939 to the late Elma and Irene Griner Bryan in Valdosta, GA. He retired from Chevron Oil as a contractor and was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Jack was a Methodist by faith and a member of the Providence United Methodist Church. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a sister Frances Kelly and a brother Ashley Bryan Sr. Survivors include Wife; Judy Bryan;Valdosta, GA Son & Daughter-in-Law; Jack Jr. & Michelle Bryan; Barney, GA Daughter & Son-in-Law; Donna & Brian Tapscott; Moultrie, GA Daughter & Son-in-Law; Connie & Jason Downey; Macon, GA 5 Grandchildren; Roman Welch, Quinton Welch, Randi Tapscott, Will Tapscott and Cate Downey 5 Sisters Martha Crown; St. Petersburg, FL Emma Lee Cahill; Jacksonville, FL Jean Lindsey; West Palm Beach, FL Elizabeth Wood; Valdosta, GA Judy Graham; Adel, GA A number of nieces, nephews and other extended family members Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11:00A.M. In Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening December 27, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to a charity of your choice.
