William "Bill" Farr, Jr. -76

Of Lakeland, GA passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Tift Regional Medical Center after a short illness. He was born on December 25, 1938 in Crossville, Tennessee to the late William Henry and Martha Louise Campell Farr. He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service for his country. Following his retirement, he worked for Jerry Smith at IGA before working at Western Auto and Connell Cabinets. After which he devoted his remaining years to enjoying his yard, flowers, and birds. He attended New Life Ministries Church in Lakeland, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Michael Farr, and brother-in-law, Curtis Cross.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in the chapel of Music Funeral Services, Lakeland, GA with burial to follow in Burnt Church Cemetery.
