Of Nashville, GA passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on July 25, 1945 in Lakeland, GA to Walt James and Laura Wilkerson McCullers. He was a retired carpenter and of the Baptist faith. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Ray McCullers.
Survivors include his wife, Rose McCullers of Nashville, GA; Daughters & Sons-in-Law, Nan & Mike Kazsmer of Buford, GA, Tonia & Kevin Harrod of Ray City, GA, Mary Bennett of Omega, GA; Son, Willie George Nelms of Morgan, GA; 8 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; Brother & Sister-in-Law, Carroll & Pat McCullers of FL, James McCullers of FL; Step Brother & Wife, Robert & Joy Gaskins of Lakeland, GA; Several nieces & nephews and extended family members.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00PM on Friday, September 2, 2016 in the Lovejoy Cemetery . The family will receive friends on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 10:00 until 1130A.M. at the funeral home.
