William J. Waller – 93
Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at his residence. He was born on October 3, 1923 in Tampa, FL to the late Willie Denny and Hortense W. Waller. He served his country proudly during World War II in the United States Air Force. He retired from FAA after 25 years of service. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Waller and brother, Rex Waller.
Survivors include his Daughter & Son-in-Law, Patty & John Woodman of New Jersey; Sons & Daughter-in-Law, Sonny & Evelyn Waller of Valdosta, GA, Warren Waller of Valdosta, GA; Grandchildren: Jamie Waller (Heidi), Brandi Moore (Andre), Kara Jo Murphy, Jennifer Slowik (Keith), Andrea Murphy, Angela Woodman and John Woodman and a number of great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 2, 2017 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Valdosta.
