Mr. Willie “Tandy” James Fuse, Sr.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Willie “Tandy” James Fuse, Sr. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. Mr. Fuse Sr. was known for his humor, kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for those around him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Willie was born September 23, 1946, in Smithville, Lee County GA to Henry and Mary Fuse. He fell asleep in death on August 3, 2025. He is survived by two brothers, Henry Fuse Jr. (Jessie) of Wellington FL, Norris Fuse (Allison) of Royal Palm beach FL. and three Sisters Annie (Alphonso- deceased) Campbell, of North Carolina, Mary Scott-Newkirk Pahokee FL, Queen Esther Mullen of Pensacola FL. He is also survived by four children Sharon (Bryan) Johnson of Valdosta, GA; Lisa Fuse of Tallahassee, FL; James Andre Fuse of Tallahassee, FL; and Willie James Fuse Jr. of Griffin, GA as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandkids, number of bonus children, beloved nieces, and nephews who loved him and will miss him dearly. He had a deep love and appreciation of God and the Bible. He also loved his occupation as a professional long distance truck driver. He would smile and say, “Yeah, I miss that”, every time he saw an 18-Wheeler. Among his favorite musicians were Alicia Keys and Otis Redding, and he loved to dance. He is survived by his beloved family and a host of friends. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him. His Favorite Chapter: Psalm 23— A melody of David. 1 Jehovah is my Shepherd. I will lack nothing. 2 In grassy pastures he makes me lie down; He leads me to well-watered resting-places. 3 He refreshes me. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for the sake of his name. 4 Though I walk in the valley of deep shadow, I fear no harm, for you are with me; Your rod and your staff reassure me. 5 You prepare a table for me before my enemies. You refresh my head with oil; My cup is well-filled. 6 Surely goodness and loyal love will pursue me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of Jehovah for all my days.
