Of Lakeland, GA passed away Tuesday night April 16, 2013 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was born November 17, 1943 to the late Willie Alver, Sr. and Jencie Melissa Gaskins Stone in Berrien County, GA. He was employed as an industrial mechanic at B-Way Inc. in Homerville, GA for 43 years before his retirement. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 grandsons, Robert Croft, Derek Brown, and a brother, Iral Stone.
