Willis Leonard Dale

Willis Leonard Dale, 67, of Lakeland, GA, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at South Georgia Medical Center.

Born on November 20, 1957, he was the son of the late Lydia Doris Harper and Willis Dale. Mr. Dale retired from Lee Engineering after over 30 years of dedicated service. He was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and taking peaceful rides down country roads.

He was preceded in death by his daddy, Glenn Harper; sister, Brenda Lee; and brother-in-law, Billy Joe Lee.

Mr. Dale is survived by his sister, Diane Ivey (Michael) of Douglas, GA; brothers, Alan Harper (Cathy) of Nashville, GA, and William Harper of Lakeland, GA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will fondly remember him.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 29, 2025, at Arabia Church Cemetery, 232 Arabia Church Road, Homerville, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
