Of Valdosta, passed away late Wednesday evening November 2, 2005 at his daughters residence after a lengthy illness. He was born August 1, 1925 in Hazlehurst, GA to the late Floyd and Sara Elizabeth Hughes Dyal. He was Baptist by faith. His wife, Emmer Lee Dyal, precedes him in death.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
