Of Lakeland, GA passed away Sunday September 13, 2015 in South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta after a lengthy illness. She was born in Lakeland, GA on October 27, 1940 to the late Wade and Inez Hughes Chauncey. Mrs. Golden was a Registered Nurse employed at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital in Lakeland many years, most recently she was known as the school nurse at Lanier County High School. Along with her parents, Ms. Golden is preceded in death by a sister Mary Ella Pittman and a brother Lois Chauncey

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 1:00P.M. in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial in Greenlawn cemetery in Lakeland, GA. The family will receive friends this evening Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00P.M. at the funeral home
